  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Providing training and assistance to resolve complaints.
    • Ensure completion of the service calls and improve customer serviceability & satisfaction ratings.
    • Managing the service team
    • Coordinating with the principal to guide and support the service team.
    • Keeping track of and service calls (Warranty / Out of warranty)
    • Making service & AMC proposals
    • Generate Service revenue.
    • Support sales & Service team
    • Prepare the sales & service proposal and follow up with customer.
    • Payment follow-ups.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Good Electrical knowledge for Eg: Electronic Control Unit (ECU’s). [Preferred
    • Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in maintenance and handling of port machines. (Preferred)
    • Good Electrical knowledge for E.g. Electronic Control Unit (ECU’s). [Preferred]
