Job Responsibilities:
- Providing training and assistance to resolve complaints.
- Ensure completion of the service calls and improve customer serviceability & satisfaction ratings.
- Managing the service team
- Coordinating with the principal to guide and support the service team.
- Keeping track of and service calls (Warranty / Out of warranty)
- Making service & AMC proposals
- Generate Service revenue.
- Support sales & Service team
- Prepare the sales & service proposal and follow up with customer.
- Payment follow-ups.
Job Qualifications:
- Good Electrical knowledge for Eg: Electronic Control Unit (ECU’s). [Preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in maintenance and handling of port machines. (Preferred)
- Good Electrical knowledge for E.g. Electronic Control Unit (ECU’s). [Preferred]
