Milan Zatakia founded Millennium as a marketing company dealing inspecialized mobile air-conditioning equipment. He simultaneously served on the Board of Directors (till 1995) of various family owned companies with wide spread manufacturing interests in Rotating Machines, Indigenization programmes for the Indian Ministry of Defence, Furnishing Fabrics and Automotive Parts.

As Founder, Promoter, Chairman and CEO of Millennium Aero Dynamics Pvt.Ltd., Milan actively participates with various Industry associations including FICCI, SIATI, CII, IGCC, & IMC. Milan was a member of the Logistics Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry - Western Region and was also on the Transport Air conditioning panel of the Bureau of Indian Standards. Milan actively contributes articles to various Aviation Industry publications published from Europe and the Americas. Milan is a former Chairman of the USIIC (US Indian Importers Council) a Section 25 Non-profit company promoted with the sole objective of enhancing US exports to India.

Madhukar is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in the areas offinance, global business and strategic planning. Madhukar has been associated with the organisation for the past 20 years as a Director & Board Member and thereafter continues to guide the organisation as an Advisor for BusinessDevelopment.

Baljit is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Aviation Industry; Baljit has worked with Raytheon Systems & Hughes Aircraft System Intl (Peace Shield Project administered by US Air Force) for setting up ILS (integrated logistics system) for 30 long range radar sites in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Credited with an International Airline (Jet Airways) representing logistics with induction of the first Turbo Propelled Aircraft in India, member of the joint purchasing group for international airlines, engineering facility at Mumbai and New Delhi and logistics support in installing the CAE flight simulator. Later worked for an AIRBUS certified aircraft repair facility in United States developing business in the Asia Pacific region.

Havingmore than 30 years of experience in varied functional capabilities, Rajendranis a technical expert on thermodynamics and has executed several projects including design, development, supply and commissioning of cabin airconditioners for reputed Earth Moving Equipment manufacturers. Rajendran has also actively contributed to Millennium group initiatives for defence indigenization programs including IGMDP (Integrated Guided Missile Development Program) in the early 90's. Rajendran has a day to day business relationship with BEML and is based at the Bangalore office of Millennium to lead our Mining businesses.

Cdr.Dixit is an ex Naval Aviator who served the Indian Navy for 23 years and a Naval Pilot with over 7800 hours of flying experience as an instructor and examiner, a two-time gallantry award winner, he has also had a distinction of being part of two Scientific Expeditions to Antarctica. Consequent to hispremature retirement from active service in 1994, he has been working invarious fields of Logistics, Aviation, Shipping and Airport Operations. His last appointment was as the Country Director for Oshkosh Corporation India /SAARC and prior to that he was the General Manager Emergency Services at the Mumbai International Airport.

A Marine Engineer with 35 Years of rich experience in the Indian Navy,Cmde. Sharma has held many prestigious appointments, among them - Director General Naval Trials and Acceptance Authority; Chief Staff officer (Technical) Andaman & Nicobar Tri Services Command; Chief Staff Officer (Technical) Offshore Defence Advisory Group; Director Ship Construction ATV Project Submarine and Director Modernization Monitoring Team (West).

In addition to being a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Cmde. Sharma is a Fellow & Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Engineers (I) and a Member of Institute of Marine Engineers, India.

With a background in Finance, Mihir joined Millennium after working inthe Aviation and Marine Reinsurance and Private Equity Space.

At Millennium, Mihir has primarily been responsible for looking after Millennium's Joint Venture and Subsidiary Companies.

He is currently a Director at Millennium's U.A.E. based Subsidiary - Millennium Aero Dynamics DWC- LLC which provides Aviation Consultancy Services.Mihir works with the Aviation and Marine teams at Millennium for business acquisition, planning and implementation.

Pramodh is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer with 19 years of experience invaried roles in the Indian Aviation & Airport Industry. Pramodh has been with Millennium since 2001 and has enjoyed varied roles ranging from Field Service, Sales & Marketing, Projects & Contracts. Being a generalist by temperament, he has also been part of various projects and lent a supportingarm to other verticals within Millennium. Pramodh currently heads the Aviation Services Team of Millennium. Prior to joining Millennium, Pramodh has worked with, a north-India based Helicopter Operations & Maintenance company.

Mayank is a Chartered Accountant and has an experience of more than 15years in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mayank looks after the entire range of activities related to Corporate Planning, Accounting and Taxation. He has past experience of Finance and Accounting in the Manufacturing Industry.

Joseph is a sales and marketing professional having over 30 years of experience in Defence, Airports and Aviation Services.

Joseph's 30 years career started with the then renowned Bombay based Indenting agent for Iron and Steel raw materials - Rajnikant Sarabhai Jhaveri Group of companies. He later worked with the German engineering giant MAN Group of companies and its subsidiary - Ferrostaal AG at theirliaison offices in Delhi for 16 years. During his tenure with MAN Group, Joseph undertook many projects with the Indian Defence Forces in particular Indian Armyand Navy for MAN HDRVs and ACFTs.

At Millennium, he is based in Delhi and is responsible for the NCR region dealing with all Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Delhi Airport for ground support equipment and airport related projects. Additionally, he deals with the Airports Authority of India and handles various projects for Millennium's key Principals which include PBBs, BHS, Simulators, Airport Recovery Equipment, Bridge Mounted GPU's and PCA's.

Inderjeetis a Mechanical Engineer with over 33 years of experience in Gear Machine Tool Industry primarily designing & manufacturing transmissions and rear axles.Inderjeet has worked as an after-sales service support in Gleason Works Ltd,USA and Klingelnberg, Germany for their Indian Operations. He was heading Millennium's Aviation installation and service department since 2009 and now continues to guide Millennium on final aspects of Technical services.

Muthusamyhas experience working with 400Hz Ground Power Units (with DC options),Auxiliary Power Units, Air Conditioning Units, Jet Engine Starters, Rotary Frequency Converters, Cargo Loaders etc. since 2005.

At Millennium, Muthusamy has handled the Hyderabad station for five years where he was responsible for the service,maintenance, warranty and life cycle support of all ground support equipment.He also has extensive project experience in installations, testing,commissioning & Maintenance of Bridge & Ground mounted ground support equipment, Passenger Boarding bridges and hanger applications. Muthusamy now looks after Millenniums service obligations at various airports all over India.
