The advancesin Radar detection necessitate the improvement in Stealth technology (i.e. theability to remain undetected by Radar). One of the ways to achieve improved stealthapplications is through the use of composite materials for equipment that goeson board warships and aircraft. These materials have a higher strength thanmetal and weigh comparatively less.
Millennium, along with our technology partners have successfully indigenized the productionof Radar Transparent Material (RTM) for Naval and Defence applications.
The success after a lot of R&D and liaising with multiple labs accredited by the DefenceResearch and Development Organisation (DRDO) to prove the mechanical strength andradar attenuation of the end products.
