Desired Candidate Profile
  • Diploma or Degree (B.E) Mechanical Engineer with 4+ years in industry, preferably in Marine field, ship repairs or Building
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Good understanding of mechanical process in manufacturing, repairs and assembly.
  • Fault finding of mechanical equipment, Trouble shooting and operations of machinery and equipment.
  • Understanding of vendor capabilities and sourcing of products and services
  • Preparation of cost estimates of manufacturing and repair processes of equipment, based on manpower and material requirement.
  • Technical Negotiations with Customers and Vendors. Project correspondence handling and preparation of analysis for corrective action to overcome delays
  • Ability to handle commercial aspects including sourcing of raw materials negotiations and vendor assessment as well as customer management
