Position Techno Commercial Manager

Desired Candidate Profile



  • B.E. (Mechanical) 


  • Excellent Technical knowledge, Business acumen and a strong commitment towards building a Vendor / Customer relationship
  • Willingness to travel at short notice to customer as well as Project site.
  • Previous experience in Shipbuilding and manufacturing and support of Marine /Naval assets will be preferred.
  • Having worked with government and semi government organisations for procurement and sales
Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Vendor development for outsourcing, getting quotes as per specification & negotiation, Cost estimation
  • Estimation and bid submission to Defence, shipyard and Naval and marine establishments.
  • Attending Technical/commercial  negotiations with customers
  • Contract negotiations and drafting
  • Contract management
  • Project billing and follow up with customers for recovery
  • Project accounting and cash flow management
  • Coordination with technical and finance teams, OEMS and vendors
  • MIS pertaining to ongoing projects
  • Manpower issues regarding projects and labour compliances
  • Project administration Generation of various reports for management review.
  • Prepare Presentations. and Handle technical Audits.
  • Coordinate with tech head and tech engineers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordination with Vendors, OEM, Customers and various stake holders
  • Inventory management

  • Good IT skills and Excellent Communication Skills,
  • Capability to meet deadlines along with meticulous planning of milestones
  • Good Negotiating skills coupled with thoroughness in being Detail-Oriented,
