- 2 to 3 Years experience
- Computer Literate with Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal/Written) and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to organize, prioritize, scrutinize and disposed of allocated tasks/ correspondence/ files/proposals
|Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain outward register & Inward Register. Couriering Service Invoices to Customers & Follow-ups
- Follow-ups for Material, Sales Invoices Follow-ups for C-Forms
- Preparing the Requisition Slip of our Technicians for material sent under Warranty, On Sample.
- Scanning the Documents, (Bank Challan, Attendance Register, Consignment Slip, Service Invoices & other relevant Documents) Fax.
- Performs administrative and office support activities
- Co-ordination for all administrative activities.
